My concern is with the BCIN…

My concern is with the BCIN certified designers. The MMAH developed a system for non-architect designers to design million dollar projects, but MMAH does not have a code of ethics, no enforcements, no continuing education requirements. If there’s a dispute between a client and a BCIN designer, the MMAH’s point of view is that “it’s a civil matter and it's your responsibility”.

MMAH's BCIN designers should be held to a higher standard and be held liable for any and all issues pertaining to their design, public safety, ethics and professional misconduct.
