I think this is a great idea to reduce the impact on the environment and hold those accountable when it comes to creating a more sustainable product which will not end up in landfills.
I believe more can be done in regards to recycling food waste as well. I live in Windsor and we need a program like Essex where there is a food scrap collection. I don't understand why Essex has the option to put food scraps in a collection bin to eliminate compostables from going into the garbage and Windsor does not. Its 2020 and larger cities should have this service available considering its more difficult to have a compost in a city yard where space is limited and rats are already a big problem. Please bring this service to Windsor!!!!
