I have a major concern for the drinking water that the neighboring property uses from their well. Human waste should be taken directly to a sewage plant to be processed properly. This waste will include all kinds of substances that aren't good for the soil like needles and metals that drug user put in Porta potties. This is wrong on so many levels and has no place in our soil. Take it to a treatment plant.
