The Greenbelt in Ontario…

The Greenbelt in Ontario should be protected at all costs. As a resident of Toronto for over 25 years, I thoroughly disagree with any amendments to the Greenbelt.
Protecting our environment and our wetlands should be the highest priority. Housing can be built elsewhere. First step would be changing zoning in our cities so multiplexes can be built to densify neighbourhood that only have single family homes. We should not destroy our environment and farmlands. Contributing to sprawl is not necessary and causes more car traffic and also wrecks in the environment.
