I am a Mobile Heavy Duty Emissions Test Facility
I would like to see a system that would include all of the Diesel Pickups that are deleted as well as the heavy and medium duty trucks get a strict test to get them repaired or off the road
Perhaps a Software Program that fails the Truck by determining that it has been tampered with would be a good idea
