I feel that new housing developments or land use wrt housing should not go into rural settlement areas or agricultural areas. We need to protect our dwindling and important farmlands and significant wetlands and greenspace. I believe in higher Intensification rates where available infrastructure can handle the growth. I want the Greenbelt protected against any housing developments.
