This is archaic. There was a good reason why this practice was halted in 1996. Wildlife should never be taken from their natural environments and held captive by hunters. It’s especially cruel to use rabbits, coyotes, and foxes as pawns for hunters to train dogs and hold competitions. You are the Ministry responsible for protecting our wilderness areas and our wildlife. Don't bow to the hunters.
