Our family absolutely & unequivocally objects to the proposed amendment to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, expanding licensing of penned dog hunting facilities. This is a barbaric practice in the name of "sport", & an affront to Ontario wildlife welfare. No wild animal should be contained & forced to live its life terrorised by dogs, period. In 2023, there are MUCH better ways to train dogs, than going backwards 27 years!
