1. There are 3 phases noted in the proposal, however no proposed dates for those massive increases in volume.
2. How will the impact on local roadways be managed/mitigated?
3. What is the expected noise level on neighbouring residents?
4. Are dumptruck drivers paid by load or salary/hourly? My concern being the impact of 'highballing' drivers trying to maximize their income because they are paid by the load. This is a residential area with no sidewalks. The risk to pedestrians/cyclists is high enough as it it.
