This whole proposal…

This whole proposal description seems like a giant word salad, with little meaning. I don’t know if this is deliberate to deceive or just a way of hiding the true facts of what this plant will do. Phrases like “non hazardous contaminated soil”, but then going on to say that all materials will be sheltered, water recycled and then hazardous residue will be transfer to other facilities. If it is not contaminated or hazardous to start with then what is the point of “washing “ it. Perhaps some real honest examples of what this site will process would help OR NOT.
