I support the OEB in that the new homeowner must bear the cost of building new homes. We are in a climate crisis, and inflation is already causing undue burden on all people. If we are to change peoples' actions to prevent disaster in this climate crisis then people must pay for their full purchase, including development fees and cost of building gas lines.
Stop subsidizing and support the global population wanting to prevent a climate crisis.
