Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
The purpose of this application is to create an access easement over a property composed of PIN 42180-1901, PIN 42180-1902 and PIN 42180-1903 (servient lands) in favour of a property composed of PIN 42180-1899 and PIN 42180-1900 (dominant lands). The proposed easement would be approximately 441.21 metres long with and 5 metres wide covering an existing private road. The lands subject to the easement (servient lands) are approximately 8.62 hectares. The servient and dominant lands are each currently developed by a seasonal recreational cottage. The servient lands are currently subject to an access easement benefitting PIN 42180-1866 and PIN 42180-1867 created by Ministry File no. 60-C-174296. The lands are accessed by a private road known which traverses Crown Land before crossing the proposed servient lands. The effect of this application is to formalize access over an existing private road to a resource-based recreational property composed of PIN 42180-1899 and PIN 42180-1900.
