The change to the site plan for ARA Licence No. 625799 was approved by the Director on May 14,2025
The approval allows Cedarwell Excavating Ltd. increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 50,000 tonnes annually to 420,000 tonnes annually, in combination with the adjacent Licence #4996. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area.

Cedarwell Excavating Ltd. has applied to amend the current site plan to increase the tonnage condition for Licence #625799 to 420,000 tonnes, in combination with adjacent licence No. 4996. The current site plan for this site allows for the removal of a maximum of 50,000 tonnes of material annually.
