Détails de la décision
The application for consent 60-C-252799 was draft approved on December 10, 2025 subject to conditions.
The application was reviewed for consistency with the environmental policies of the Provincial Planning Statement (e.g. natural heritage, water quality protection). One public comment was received for this application.
Conditions include a registered plan of survey, an acknowledgement of best practices for shoreline development, inspection from the local health unit, and confirmation from the holder of an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for sufficient reserve capacity for hauled sewage.
The decision to approve the consent is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement once conditions are met. This decision will not have a significant impact on the environment.
The applicants have two years to satisfy conditions of draft approval, otherwise approval will lapse. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before December 30, 2025.

Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
Proposed application 60-C-252799 is to add a 0.127 hectare portion of privately owned shoreline allowance to Lot 260 on Plan M-222. Lot 260 is approximately 0.21 hectares in size and currently has a vacant condo building on it, which does not have existing sewage servicing. The existing condo building is proposed to be reconfigured, allowing for 2-3 residential units.
The effect of this application is to tie existing shoreline allowance to an existing lot in a plan of subdivision in order to be conveyed through a future lot consolidation.
