How are we the only developed nation contemplating removing bike lanes citing no evidence that they benefit. They save lives. Those lives are constituents. We prioritize parking spaces more than we do travel lanes for cars or bikes. When will Ontario see what bigger and older cities already have. Large cities cannot accommodate single passenger vehicles as being the priority. Maybe if we didn’t offload a highway onto a city with no plan to maintain it (gardiner) and finished transit projects on time (eglinton,finch,hurontario) there would be a lot less construction hampering commutes.
