This is a monumental waste of time; stop wasting our taxpayer's money on evaluating things we know as a society works.
Bike lanes work. Re-evaluating them at a provincial level is pointless. Let cities and municipalities make the decisions, not the province.
You want to make congestion better; how about making transit better; or what about this; increase housing so people actually work where they live; then people will walk and take more transit; thus reducing gridlock.
