I strongly disagree with the proposed changes. Getting a tag on second chance allocations and not accepting them should be aloud by all circumstances. Reason for this I believe would be others in the group also have a tag in the same second chance draw, therefor not accepting should be aloud in order to keep points for another tag next year.the process should repeat once more thereby allowing remaining tags to get used up. Defaulting and using up points this way would ultimately upset more people then satisfy.
