In order to fix gridlock, we need to MAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BETTER. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Proper funding to busses/trains/subways/etc
- Giving people an incentive to take other modes of transit by making bike lanes SAFE
- STOP PLANNING CITIES AROUND CARS! WALKABLE CITIES SHOULD ALWAYS ALWAYS PRIORITIZE THE SAFETY OF ITS PEDESTRIANS.
Taking away safe bike lanes spends millions of taxpayers' money for no reason. You do not have a reason to take away bike lanes in areas of heavy traffic. It makes roads unsafe for both drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians everywhere.
