Forcing people to keep the tag in the second draw is a great idea...people want to play the game and want everything that works for them or their group,they want their cake and eat it to...there are already getting a second chance to apply which is one more than the last system....you can see how the game is played,second round 2 guys in a group gat awarded a tag so they will use the guy with the least amount of points and save the guy with the highest for next year...this proposal will just make groups apply wisely,you only want one tag then the guy with the highest points apply....hate to see all the wining after you made this a much more fair system than before.thanx for doing what your doing
