This bill is an awful idea on several dimensions and should not be passed.
Spending municipal money to remove bike lanes, especially recently installed ones, is a terrible waste of resources.
Creating additional red tape and bureaucracy is wasteful and costly.
Bike lanes remove cars from the road (since people bike vs being in their cars), create healthier communities, and create safer environments including saving lives.
