This bill will cost lives by reducing cyclists’ safety, not improve congestion, and hurt businesses. If the province is actually interested in improving congestion, and not just scoring points for the premier’s strange obsession with Toronto municipal politics and his personal commute, they would invest further in public transit or consider congestion tolls to reduce unnecessary traffic.
