This right off the top makes no sense. What does bike lanes in a city have to do with highways?
And more roads and more cars means more gridlock. You will never build enough roads to outback gridlock
You should focus on mass transit to reduce car volume and still get people where they need to go quickly
Hwy 413 was already proven to not aid in reducing gridlock.

Removing environmental studies is asinine and no one cares about this hwy but those who will get rich from it.
I'm so tired of this government not listening to experts and the people that we don't want this.
