This is a tone deaf move that maybe 10% of the population or less would agree with
Ford is not the mayor of Toronto and should leave the issue of bike lanes to the municipalities.
Also speeding up the construction of a Highway nobody asked for at the sacrifice of a proper environmental assessment screams of short sightedness or at worst corruption.
This is not in the best interest of the environment, the people of Ontario and worst of all it will do nothing to alleviate traffic flows.
This government needs to be held accountable and can't just take short cuts to solve issues. Where's the science? Where are the studies that say this is even effective?
