We are in a race against time to save what we can of our planet and prevent large scale environmental damage.

It seems to me that a number of citizens are completely unaware of the impending crisis that looms ahead. Premier Ford's recent decision is leading us backward, is remarkably irresponsible, and for the wrong reasons.

I have had a look at the letter sent you by the Green Party of Ontario. I concur fully with the content of this letter.

As a grandmother, I need to have a climate that is clean and prospers with clean energy. I need producers of pollution to not only be fined for damaging the environment, but to change over to more efficient green technology which is plentiful. I need this for my grandchildren, whose chances of survival in increasingly polluted environments are becoming less and less as things like the carbon tax plan are destroyed and not replaced by an equal scheme, let alone not being enhanced or built upon.
