Hi,
Thank for taking timeout of your busy day to read over my submission.
I have attached links to studies done with the positive impacts that bike lanes have had on communities and traffic.
Getting rid of bike lanes with not reduce traffic and congestion but it will get people killed who are simply trying ride a bike.
Furthermore this is seems to be an attempt of overreach by the provincial government attempting to dictate how municipalities deal with issues within their community.
As well this seems to be an attempt by the provincial government to distract the media and public from further overreach regarding building of highways and skipping environmental impact studies.
The continued contempt the Premier has for Ontarians is very concerning and telling of his character.
To cater to the privileged few and ignore the many is a detriment to the future Ontario and I am ashamed of our provincial (so called) leadership.
If bike lanes are removed people will die and the blood will be on the hands of the current Ontario Provincial Government.
Thank you for your consideration.
