This proposal is frankly absurd and completely opposite to where we should be letting our cities develop themselves.
The only effective means for reducing congestion and gridlock is to provide more effective and accessible means of transportation than cars. Coddling the automotive industry directly harms the well being of people in cities and enables them to keep polluting our planet.
