This act is not based in science or known research. None of the proposed policies will actually reduce gridlock in the long run. Removing bike lanes without requiring a study is a waste of taxpayers money.
Building 2 new highways in the middle of nowhere serves who exactly? Who will pay for the residential infrastructure between the new developments for these highways?
This is a terribly fiscally irresponsible bill and should be abandoned.
