This bill introduces new red tape, something the elected government campaigned to remove and even created an entire ministry to remove. Furthermore, this bill fails to take an evidence-based approach to reducing gridlock and as such the red tape is meaningless. Perhaps the provincial government should consider finishing some of its other projects such as transit projects before they try to remove critical infrastructure?
