Removing bike lanes will not reduce congestion. All the data supports that. We need to build better cycling infrastructure, complete streets, and get cars off the roads. I'm in favor of a congestion charge for the downtown core and increasing parking rates and costs for SUVs. We have a lot to learn from European cities such as Paris and London.
