This bill is literally backwards! We need more bikes and fewer cars if we're going to make any progress towards fighting climate change. As an added bonus, bikes help people stay healthy as well as move them around. And every person on a bike is one less car on the road, freeing up space for others who must drive.
With all that in mind, let's remove car lanes and build more bike infrastructure.
