As an Ontario resident, I wholeheartedly oppose Bill 212. Not only are bicycles already not allowed on 400-series highways (which the province has oversight on), bicycle lanes in cities should be handled by the municipal government, not provincial. It has also been scientifically proven that adding more vehicle lanes does not reduce traffic congestion over a long period of time.
