The new changes are great other then loosing your points if you don't except a tag first choice in the second draw.
System now is set up that people have to apply with friends and is a chance more then one draws and they want to turn back a tag but now will get penalized.
Moose seasons need to be open earlier for rifle any unit north of highway 17 and 11.
