This facility would have a significant impact on neighboring properties, most significantly the Longhorn Ranch, with foul odors and noisy truck traffic which would negatively impact their business. Also of major concern is water runoff from rain into the river and water tables. With only 2 ft High walls and tarps to cover the materials, it would be impossible to prevent this from happening. Groundwater could be poisoned. We are very much against this facility.
