There is no evidence to support the removal of bike lanes in Toronto. In fact, the research shows that the bike lanes help reduce congestion. These bike lanes make the city safer for pedestrians, cyclists, and drives. Additionally, well thought out bike lanes such as the ones on University Ave make our streets beautiful. Additionally, studies have shown that bike lanes help businesses on streets that have them.
Bike lanes help everyone and hurt no one.
