The city of Toronto should not be required to execute the removal of the bike lanes that the province legislates. If the province wishes to remove existing bike lanes, then it should use it's already existing provincial ministry of transportation to fund, design, and execute the removal of the lanes. Tax dollars from Toronto residents should not fund construction under the initiative of the province.
