2% of the population use bike to commute vs 60% of people that use cars.
Now compare how many kilometers of bike lanes we have vs the amount of km cars get in the entire city.
Percentage wise compared to the infrastructure present, people use bike lanes allot more.
I also don't get why the provincial government is concerned about matters that should be of concern to the city.
How about y'all focus on healthcare more than bike lanes? Thanks
