1. Why are you adding more red tape and bureaucracy to our municipal processes when you've gone ahead and created a Ministry of Red Tape Reduction?
2. If there are no bike lanes, then cyclists are going to be in my car lane and slowing down my driving speed.
3. If people don't feel safe biking, then they're going to start driving, that means more cars in front of me slowing me down. Cars are the traffic, they take up far more space on the road than any other method of transport.
4. You are taking away my freedom of choice of alternative means of transport. I don't want to spend money driving when I need to make a short trip, but now I will have to because I feel unsafe with the alternatives.
5. Stop trying to destroy the environment to build more highways. We're already experiencing so much flooding, and these hard surfaces + less natural landscape leads to more water flooding our homes.
