I am against removing bike lanes in Toronto. This will not help gridlock, and could make it worse.
Having fewer people on bikes means more people in cars, which means more people driving, and increased traffic.
Is it really the bike lanes causing congestion? Or the over 30 road closures for construction in the Toronto area right now?
If you get rid of alternate means of travel and force more people into cars you're going to make traffic worse.
