removal of bike lanes is senseless and will result in cyclist deaths. who will that person be? your child? your parent? your neighbour? your friend?
as someone who both drives and cycles in toronto i feel safer in both vehicles. when i cycle i feel safer from traffic and when i drive i worry less about striking someone on their bicycle. no one wants that. toronto needs more bike lanes, not less. why are we going backwards? particularly in a time in history where we need to be reducing fossil fuel emissions and promote greener transportation. senseless.
