The removal of bike lanes by Doug Ford is an absurd overstep by our provincial leader. His clear distaste and egregious hatred for the city of Toronto has reached a fever pitch. Vehicle congestion in downtown is not created by bike lanes, it’s created by a lack of reliable sources of transportation that ARE NOT private vehicles. Cyclists in Toronto need safe and reliable ways to get around OUR city and the removal of these lanes will only create more injuries (and deaths) of cyclists and MORE traffic. Doug Ford needs to stay out of this cities business and stop his campaign of hate against us.
