Removing bike lanes will not improve the flow of traffic because people will be biking regardless of a designated bike lane but the difference will be putting cyclist in danger and inevitably slowing down traffic to share the road. With bike lines people can get to there destination safely and drivers won't have to worry. How can we justify taking a step back in our transportation infrastructure by even suggesting to remove designated bike lanes.
