I've been living in Toronto most of my life, and bike lanes are one of the best things about the roads. More options for transportation, and more green vehicles on the road are better than a stopgap solution that will save a paltry amount of time at the most. Before bike lanes, traffic was bumper to bumper. After bike lanes, they're bumper to bumper. This is only going to make things worse. Keep the bike lanes.
