this a ridiculous proposition that will only serve to further divide, waste and and piss away tax payer money. anyone with an ounce of common sense will realize separating cyclists away from cars will do nothing benefit both parties greatly - people who otherwise would drive can now safely cycle to where they need, leading to less overall car congestion in the city, and cars will not have to deal with sharing the road with cyclists.
