Please reconsider this legislation. There is no evidence to suggest that removing bike lanes will improve congestion and will cause safety issues for both cyclists and drivers. Roads are public amenities and cyclists have the right to travel safely on their chosen mode of transit just as motorists do. Not to mention the additional costs involved in removing the lanes. This is inspired by a partisan agenda, not data.
