Bill 212 to control bike lanes, a new vision is required to enhance, encourage, and force communal transportation. There is only gridlock due to individual drivers commuting. This has been an issue for 40 years. New roads and highways have been built to "accommodate" this old way of thinking. It's like Pavlov and his psychology experiment by conditioning to get the same result. It's time to invest to carry a larger number of commuters at a time to get a different result.
