I am a driver, biker, and pedestrian in Toronto.
I would gladly give up a drive lane to add a bike lane. I choose to bike rather than drive wherever there is an option for a safe biking route.
Toronto is not just a work destination for commuters. Families with children live in the city and less traffic results in safer streets and a higher quality of life.
In no circumstances do I support using tax dollars to remove existing bike lanes.
