I think the moose tag system…

I think the moose tag system is too complicated as it is, and the proposed changes don't seem to have a goal of stock replenishment in mind. I feel the moose population is stressed (with the increase of wolves and coyotes plus parasitic ticks) and that it needs the opportunity to recover. Whatever changes are made to the application / distribution system, please ensure there aren't more tags issued per WMU than the moose population can afford to lose. The goal is to have a balance between hunters and moose, not to get as many tags into hunter's hands at the expense of its future. Thank you for asking.
