Research consistently proves that building bigger roads invites more cars and doesn’t improve the flow of traffic. Removing bike lanes will put more bicycles into the right lane and will not improve traffic flow. What will increase traffic flow is improving the transit system and encouraging people to stop driving everywhere and start using the ttc (or bicycles!).
