I strongly object to the regulation calling for the termination of the White Pines Wind Project. This project is largely complete and would cost more to terminate than to finish.

This termination positions Ontario in a very negative light, as a location that does not honour its trade agreements, does not act in good faith with companies that it welcomes, and does not pursue green initiatives that improve living for all.

I call on the current Government of Ontario to live up to its commitments and support its "open-for-business" trade mantra by not terminating this project.
