Everything about this bill goes against good governance and welfare for the people the government is meant to represent and take care of. Bicycles *ARE* traffic, they are much more efficient and climate-friendly, and they make cities much more pleasant to exist in. I own a car and ride a bicycle in the city of Toronto. Every bike lane that is built, every bike you see in a bike lane, is one LESS car in the lane of car traffic. Everything this bill insists it is fixing is going to have the opposite effect. While cities around the world are catching up to the 21st century with upgraded bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, this bill aims to keep Ontario, Toronto, and Canada stuck in the past.
